Job Requirement:
- Preferable Degree Holder / Minimum Diploma Holder
- Minimum must be 2 years experience in Manufacturing Field
- Knowledge on Quality Control System
- Knowledge of AutoCAD preferred
Responsibility:
- Ensure Overall Production Efficiency & Meet Target
1) Preventive Maintenance
2) Break down - Maintenance Repair
- Check & Verify on Daily Production Check List Report by interval 3 hour
- Ensure Quality of Product is Maintain.
ensure all documentation is recorded & verify according procedure
- Ensure tooling are label and safely kept in proper storage place.
- Maintain stock record: Example: Heater, Roller Belt, Screw, Monitor
- Verify summary monitoring preventive maintenance & monitor
- Monitor with QA on Calibration procedure
- Automation required to continue to improved
