With a strong workforce of 400 employees and business growth through our recent acquisition with nationwide presence, this will provide an exciting experience and journey with the opportunity that is unique yet challenging to gauge the integration and synergy processes that will change the entire competition landscape in Malaysia.Air Liquide Malaysia is looking for Production Engineer to join the dynamic team.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Ensure the plant is operated safely and at its optimum condition according to company standard and requirement.Site walk and listen for warning signals to determine potential malfunctions and report to management.Ensure proper execution and recording in MAXIMO(CMMS) for all maintenance works. Assist in implementation of plant maintenance.Perform periodic routine check and monitor to ensure safe operationSupport implementation of improvement plans and actions from internal & external audits, RCA and company requirements.Perform corrective actions for any abnormal alarm/signal in process parameters.Troubleshooting, abnormal situations analysis and non-routine operation phases.Perform & Support planned or unplanned operation start-up and shutdown which include TAR.Propose projects to add/modify assets in the most profitable way and ensure that the intended results (Efficiency, Reliability, Productivity) are delivered.Responsible for being on call for plant troubleshooting of any unplan plant issue.Liaise, support and coordinate with other departments and external parties ( Customer, Supplier, Procurement, Project, ROCC, SIO and etc) on day to day work.Conduct any necessary training to Operators and In-house contractors.Take part in safety activities (ERP,JHA, Emergency Drill, Incident Reporting, CIMAH and etc...). Ensure all the tasks are performed safely with adequate PPE.Adheres strictly to the Air Liquide Industrial Management System, Quality Management System, Food and Pharma Compliance Management System and local laws and regulations.Manage sites activities comprising operations and report any non-conformities which include Food and Pharma Requirements.Operate control panels and control systems to regulate process parameters in order to ensure the required production and meet customers\' demand.Performs,operates and monitors the day to day operation of process plants, storage, backup and utilities systems. Ensure proper management and recording of stores/inventoryPerform month end reporting for operationsAre you a MATCH?Degree in Engineering.Less than 3 years of working experience in related industry with chemical process related operations/process.Good communication skills.Strong leadership, analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.**We thank you for your interest in Air Liquide.
