In this role, you will play a key part in driving daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across all manufacturing activities.

Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru Industry: Manufacturing Working Days: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities

:

Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to ensure smooth workflow, on-time delivery, and achievement of production targets. Monitor processes in collaboration with the Quality team to uphold quality standards, optimize efficiency, and meet deadlines. Enforce safety protocols, ISO requirements, and relevant regulatory standards in all production operations. Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently; adjust production schedules to meet customer demand and minimize downtime. Sustain a clean, organized, and safe workplace by upholding 5S principles and strong housekeeping practices. Identify and address production problems promptly to reduce disruptions and maintain workflow continuity. Record and monitor production data, KPIs, and reports in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Coordinate with Engineering for preventive maintenance and ensure quick response to equipment breakdowns. Provide training, coaching, and feedback to production staff on SOPs, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive improvement projects to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and control costs. Initiate and investigate non-conformance cases, update SOPs and work instructions to align with process changes. Work closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and other teams to ensure seamless production coordination. Support broader business needs by taking on additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Production function, preferably in the pharmaceutical or foods manufacturing industry. Good understanding of production planning, workflow, and quality control processes. Good command of English (written and spoken). Proficient in any ERP systems. Demonstrate a good leadership in leading a team of Production Operators.
