Your Contribution

.

• To innovate, re-engineer / develop, simulate and optimize processes and systems to best suit the manufacturing of a product
• To conduct continuous quality improvements(dimensional & functional) for product and processes
• To optimize glass production processes with 5M approach
• To adhere to customer's product quality requirements and achieve a stable and high yielding process and sustainability
• Performed cost down and value engineering in order to establish a cost effective production process
• To perform statistical and technical analysis on production failures and improve production capability.
• To manage and revise work instructions and process control plan on a timely basis
• To improve process efficiency & cost through minor/major automation & IT initiatives.
• Responsible for the overall stability of the processes and take necessary steps to eradicate deviations
• Practice continuous improvement as a daily culture at the workplace
• Attend to any other work/project assigned to you by your superior(s) from time to time.
• Adhere to all company Rules & Regulations including prescribed dept. work ethics and procedures

Your Profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with 3-axis or 5-axis CNC knowledge
• 3-5 years related working experience, with MNC
• Experienced in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, NX-Siemens CAD/CAM. Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia

Experience in machine automation & Project Management an added advantage * Strong data analysis & problem-solving skills.

• Critical/Logical thinker with strong attention to detail.
• A team player with excellent communication skills (verbally & written).
• Results and deadline-driven.
