Job Responsibility Assist Manager for related task Coordinating and supervising the activities of process control technicians, machine operators, assemblers and other manufacturing labor; Data Entry, preparing cost estimates, records and reports; To collaborate with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes To maintain costs within the agreed manufacturing budget, meeting reliability targets and KPIs. Responsible for achieving optimum labor and least amount of overhead and raw material costs. Responsible for continuous improvement on safety quality and efficiency performance. Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations To collaborate with maintenance department to ensure factory machinery and equipment are in good working order by following procedures To motivate factory workers to continually achieve factory targets while maintaining high standards of the production line. Job Requirements At least Diploma qualification or 3-years related working experience Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia Worked in factory Certification in production and inventory management as well as quality control. Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications. Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets. Good attitude and responsible character The ability to multitask and effective communication skills Time management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving, decision-making skills.
