Requirements
Basic knowledge for Electronic & Electrical. Must be able to communicate and write in both , English & MMandarinalay.
Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork and communication skills. Able to complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time.
Responsible for PCB repair and production testing/debugging.
Experience in debugging ultrasonic welding machinesandinjection molding machines; experience withautomatic soldering machinesor dispensing machines is an advantage.
Required to travel to China for training.
Responsibilities
Machines maintenance
Support routine maintenance of product on machines to ensure stable operation.
Coordinate with maintenance technicians or vendors for preventive and corrective maintenance.
Machines tuning
Fine-tune machines and equipment to achieve optimal performance during production.
Adjust process parameters based on product requirements or quality feedback.
Rework battery packs / troubleshoot defective products
Diagnose issues in defective battery packs and perform necessary rework or repair.
Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
