Client Background: MNC Company Industry : Manufacturing Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor Headcount: 1 Position Title: Production Engineer (Surface Treatment) Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: RM4,000 - RM6,000 Responsibilities 1 Review production output and ensure meet production MPS Daily review output and ensure meeting the target given. 2 Review LUP and OEE and make improvements. Concept and Calculation on LUP. LUP management and Improvement. 3 Rational manpower efficiency Manpower planning and productivity. Daily / weekly manpower review base on machine availability and shipment plan. 4 Safety Monitoring and enforcing on the Unsafe act , Unsafe condition , Near miss reporting and procedure / PPE master list for the relevant location. Establishing HIRADC procedure and determine risk rating base on nature of the work. Monitoring of all related work on ( PTW / Hot work ) by the contractors. Establishing JSA for the relevant operation on existing or new process. 5 Carryout preventive and corrective maintenance. Knowledge and operation on production machine such as startup / operating procedure / shut down procedure. Plan and execute preventive maintenance for all the machine involved. Maintained budgeting and expenses control. 6 Monitor and manage chemical consumption, packaging material and other consumables. Weekly monitoring on chemical consumption and spending. Plan on CIP for the cost saving related to the chemical or spending. Plan and execute monthly spending plan for related item. 7 To Monitor and manage Continuous improvement project related to Clamp division.Involve in quality improvement plan , such as rejection and other cycle time improvements
