Position Title : SMT Production Engineer
Tenure: Permanent
Remuneration: RM4,000 - RM6,000
Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Establish & maintain procedure in SMT & PCBA machine maintenance for optimum performance
\xc2\xb7 SMT Equipment & machine parameter setting, optimization.
\xc2\xb7 SMT line Bottleneck analysis
\xc2\xb7 Summarize Yield data & analysis
\xc2\xb7 Yield/productivity improvement
\xc2\xb7 OEE monitoring & improvement
\xc2\xb7 Resolve issues in production
\xc2\xb7 Reduce costs and maximize quality
\xc2\xb7 Train staff in new and existing processes
Requirement
\xc2\xb7 Surface mounting technology & PCBA
\xc2\xb7 SPI, chip-mounter, AOl/ camera vision debug & optimization.
\xc2\xb7 PCB. Assembly process
\xc2\xb7 PCBA failure pareto analyst is & improvement
Sub Specialization : Engineering;Electrical / Electronics / Semi-conductor
Type of Employment : Permanent
Minimum Experience : 3 Years
Work Location : Johor
Salary Range : RM4,000 - RM6,000
