Client Background: Automotive/Electronics Industry Industry : Manufacturing Location: Johor Bahru Headcount: 1 Position Title : SMT Production Engineer Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: RM4,000 - RM6,000 Responsibilities . Establish & maintain procedure in SMT & PCBA machine maintenance for optimum performance . SMT Equipment & machine parameter setting, optimization. . SMT line Bottleneck analysis . Summarize Yield data & analysis . Yield/productivity improvement . OEE monitoring & improvement . Resolve issues in production . Reduce costs and maximize quality . Train staff in new and existing processes Requirement . Surface mounting technology & PCBA . SPI, chip-mounter, AOl/ camera vision debug & optimization. . PCB. Assembly process . PCBA failure pareto analyst is & improvement
