We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated

Production Engineering Engineer

to strengthen our team. This role requires a strong technical background and hands-on experience in process improvement, production planning, and quality control to ensure efficient operations and compliance with industry standards.

Main Responsibilities:

to establish plant layout to meet ergonomic and production plan capacity. to review process proposal from supplier/jig maker/tool maker. to make counter proposal for MPP to suit IQM machine requirement. to establish and maintain machine specification for stamping, welding and assembly line. to validate initial process setup.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Experience:

4-10 years of working experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Experience in the

automotive industry

is a strong advantage. Position level and responsibilities will be

based on experience and expertise.

Working Conditions:

Based at the manufacturing plant in Shah Alam or Bukit Beruntung. May require occasional travel to suppliers or customer sites.
