Job Description

The Production Executive is responsible for the overall production activities in accordance with their quality specifications and strict adherence to GMP rules within the required time and established production costs.

1) To plan, organize, direct and control manpower and equipment capacity to maximize utilization to meet the production schedules.
2) To prepare operations reports on production efficiency, work and process stock against budgeted targets.
3) To initiate problem-solving and trouble-shooting processes and reduce process and production related problems and delays.
4) Ensure weighing is correct and double-checking during weighing and processing.
5) To liaise with government authorities on utilities, safety and environmental issues to ensure compliance with the statutory regulations. Prepares production annual budget.
6) Responsible for reviewing all batches processing record and packaging record and ensures that the production is executed in accordance with the batch processing and batch packaging procedures. Prepares production annual budget.
7) Responsible for maintaining high level of employee morale competence and conducting annual appraisal on all subordinates.
8) To supervise the weighing of raw materials in the preparation division.
9) To ensure CCP records are checked and well maintained.
10) To ensure sanitation and G.M.P procedures are strictly followed to.
11) Follow any job instructed by superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
