Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented production executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in studying and analyzing manufacturing process parameters, and implementing project improvements. The objective is to enhance operational efficiency, reduce rejection, improve net process recovery.

Responsibility:

Responsible in developing and evaluating the new processes on the improvement of process capability, efficient and overall productivity activities. Assist superior in any technical issue and related matter with external parties and inter-departments. Coordinate with inter-departments in order to achieve departmental target set by Company. Coordinate input that may cross multiple teams or areas; make recommendations and implement changes. Identify and implement solutions for issues relating to safety, quality, productivity, and cost reductions. Liaise with Facility & Maintenance team on machine upgrading for better efficiency. Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services. To lead and guide the team of department by achieving the Company objective and departmental KPIs. Ensure efficiency and effectiveness is achieved through proper machine utilization, material usage, process improvement and quality control. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for Management review. To perform documents control of the department for ISO, OHSAS, DOE, DOSH, etc.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply. Required Skill(s): Mechanical, Chemical, Analytical, Initiative, Production Engineering, Team Work Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent.
