Job Description
- Plan and manage resources to meet on time delivery by ensuring close tracking of hourly / daily output vs plan
- Maintaining and monitoring the strict rules of Shop Floor Control, Ensuring highest quality standard is achieved and maintained
- Maintain high labour efficiency with
- a. Cross training of operators to have better deployment & backup
- b. Identify waste and perform kaizen
- c. OT reduction / controls
- Promote good communications between all departments
- Participate in and / or run meetings to improve process, quality and everyday running of production
- Compliance to ISO9K , 14K, Safety & IATF 16949
- Good experience in mid-high volume manufacturing environment
- Extensive knowledge of shop floor control processes
- Prefer to have experience in electronics industry / manufacturing
- Prefer to have lean manufacturing knowledge
- Computer literacy in ERP systems, MS Word and Excel
- Formal Training in some of the following:
- o Train the Trainer
- o Dispute resolution
- o Supervisory Responsibility
- o Commnications Skills
- Day shift
