- Assists the Manager/ Assistant Manager in daily operations
- Responsible for production planning
- Ensures compliance with GMP, ISO, HACCP, HALAL, safety in production guidelines/protocols in actual production
- Monitors productivity, wastage/ idling control and meeting production targets
- Assists in other Production matters as and when required
- Good time management, organization/planning, coordination and communication skills
- An analytical thinking person always can use best practices, recommendations or decisions
- At least 1 to 2 years work experience in a related sector
- Overseeing activities in production to ensure GMP compliant continuously and adhere to plan dispensing schedule
- Troubleshooting of production problems, providing technical support and implement corrective and preventive measures
- To assist in process and equipment validation
- Experience in GMP, HACCP, HALAL and ISO will be added advantage
- A significant part of our OEM production jobs concern TCM medicinal products and TCM Dietotherapy supplements, therefore basic proficiency in the Mandarin language is required.
