Job Description

- Assist in day-to-day production management function - planning and execution of production plan, management of factory operators, safety management, implement visual management etc. - Understanding the production process flow, provide assistant to the technical team in the maitenance, repairing, and upgrading of machinery through arrangement of the required resources. - On-site production operation and automation innovation. - Carry out trainings for factory workers to improve safety, knowledge and efficiency of production process. - Reporting to directors and managers overseas regarding the progress and development status of the project. - Other ad-hoc task assigned by the management.

With just a few months the factory begin it\xe2\x80\x99s operation during the end of March 2018 and currently having 8 production line with production capacity of 140 tons of plastic pellets a day. Besides continuous expansion of our polystyrene recycling business, we had also started the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) recycling project in Malaysia, setting up a new plant and diversifying our recycling capability.
