Automation production line, process control, process improvement and cost saving project.
Develop Work Instruction (WI), Procedure and Process Control related to Production Process.
Leading, supervising and managing a team of supervisors and production workers.
Improve continually existing operation for increased quality, productivity, efficiency and cost savings.
Identify ways to reduce production costs through recommendations; i.e. new process equipment and equipment justification to improve performance.
Enhance operating efficiency and productivity by effective maintenance of equipment, reducing wastage, eliminating pilferage, and keeping proper documentation and records on production operation, including all consumable inventory management.
Work closely with technical and quality assurance team to maintain quality of products.
Ensure food safety by implementing/maintaining ISO 22000, Halal, HACCP systems and etc.
Carry out any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in production operation, preferably from food industry.
High integrity with good analytical and problem solving skills.
Those with knowledge of ISO22000, Halal, GMP and HACCP will have added advantage.
