Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Production Executive

to lead and monitor daily production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, optimizing production efficiency, minimizing downtime and material waste, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, monitor, and oversee daily production schedules to achieve target output and quality standards. Supervise a team of line leaders, mixers/crushers, manipulants, and operators. Ensure product quality meets company and customer standards. Manage work-in-progress (WIP) and production bottlenecks to ensure 100% order fulfilment. Monitor and take action to reduce downtime, material rejection, and wastage. Participate actively in internal and external audits (ISO, FSSC, SEDEX, etc.). Collaborate closely with QC, Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to resolve production-related issues. Prepare and submit daily production reports, efficiency analysis, and improvement plans. Drive continuous improvement to maximize labor and resource efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum education level:

SPM and above

. At least

1 year of experience

in production management or a related manufacturing environment. Familiar with

ISO, FSSC, SEDEX

, and other audit standards. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide the production team. Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of solving problems under pressure. Positive attitude and hands-on approach to achieving production goals.

Preferred:

Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
