Job Description
Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily production and material scheduling, ensure production quality and safety standards are complied with.
Manpower & capacity planning and improve production performance.
Liaise on quality problems and take the necessary counter measures to prevent recurrent. Prepare reports related production performance Ensure work instruction and 'SOP' (Standard Operation Procedures) are carried out. Responsible for meeting production efficiency and volume targets. Develop, motivate, coach and guide team members to upgrade their skills and competencies. Maintain high standards of housekeeping / 5S and safety requirements at the factory area. Responsible for continuous improvement of the existing products.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
