Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree of Engineering, Food Science or equivalent.
Basic knowledge in Food Safety Management System will be preferred.
Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good level of computer literacy.
Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
Established, implement, maintain and review Food Safety Management System in Mill
Ensure Mill related functions, including personnel, inventory, maintenance, housekeeping, FIFO system and security of goods are properly carry out.
Responsible for effective and efficiency of Mill daily operation, includes monitoring flour production processes, maintain and utilize production machineries/ equipment to the optimum level.
Supervise Mill daily production from the aspect of extraction and quality.
Generate daily/ monthly Mill production and performance report.
Execute projects or any other responsibilities assigned by superior.
