Job Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintain a reliable and effective procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing to ensure that products conform to established Marketing Authorization and quality standards.
• Responsible for quality assurance of the plants to meet relevant quality standards such as current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and Safety Requirements.
• Achieves optimum employee levels with appropriate amount of overhead and material costs to meet annual budgetary plan.
• Formulates and recommends manufacturing plan and programs that guide the production in maintaining and improving its productivity and efficiency.
• Assist other departmental executives to accomplish goals of the manufacturing plan, consistent with established manufacturing and quality procedures. Acts as liaison between department management/subordinate levels, as well as executive/department manager levels to inform personnel of communications, decisions, policies and all matters that affect their performance, attitudes and results.
• Hires, trains, develops and evaluates staff. Takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy. Ensures compliance with current applicable regulatory and cGMP requirements.
• Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required.

Job Requirements

• A professional Degree in Science related field with 1 year of experience in relevant industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in a cGMP Pharmaceutical Production environment is a plus.
• Able to work with people from different levels with sound leadership capabilities.
• Self-discipline to enforce established procedures.
• Strong ability to multi-task, able to deliver results with accuracy and efficiency.
