Job Description
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
1-3 years of experience
in production / manufacturing (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Basic knowledge ofHVAC / manufacturing processes
is an added advantage. Strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Job Responsibilities:
Monitor daily production activities to ensure output meets targets. Supervise production operators and ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards. Troubleshoot production issues effectively and promptly. Ensure production machines and equipment are well-maintained. Manage training, briefing, and discipline of production staff. Work closely with QC, Maintenance, and Management for process improvement. Ensure compliance with
Safety & Health
regulations in the production area.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
Work Location: In person
