Job Responsibility: - 
\xe2\x80\xa2	To assist the Production Manager in ensuring the smooth operations of the Production Department. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	To ensure output objective is properly achieved within the specified time frame in an effective and efficient manner. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	To effectively plan and maximize the utilization of resources on the production floor. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	To achieve all Key Performance Index (KPI) that will be given by the Management from time to time. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	To monitor and review all reports such as Production, Raw Material Usage, Rejection, Daily abnormality and etc. To highlight to the Production Manager when assistance is needed. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	To ensure proper, efficient and effective document filing within the department. To maintain updated data of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the respective production departments. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Responsible for handling and solving the day-to-day activities relating to customer complaints, product-related issues and any issues within the country\'s bus
