Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Production Executive role (some work will be done on location in Sungai Petani while some work will be done remotely). The Production Executive will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production and ensuring that products are of high quality and completed efficiently. The Production Executive\'s tasks will include, but are not limited to, managing production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring safety regulations are followed, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing production process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in business, engineering or a related field of study Previous experience in production scheduling and production management Demonstrated knowledge of production process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams Experience collaborating with suppliers and manufacturers Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Experience with Computer-aided Manufacturing (CAM) software and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software Knowledge of workplace safety regulations Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
