Job Requirement:

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification qualification
At least 5 years of foreman experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to work independently and as part of the team, self-motivation in daily tasks and strong problem solving skills
Good in handling working tool and parts

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor machinery and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure machinery and equipment are well maintained and promptly repaired to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Address any issue that arise during production, troubleshoot problems and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Superior on an as-needed basis.
