We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented intern to join our Chocolate Kitchen team. The intern will assist in daily chocolate production activities, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining product quality and HALAL compliance standards. This role is suitable for someone passionate about food production, especially in the chocolate and confectionery industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily chocolate bar production, including preparation, molding, and packaging.
Ensure all processes comply with HALAL production requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment and working area.
Support production team in weighing, labeling, and stock arrangement.
Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for production, food safety, and HALAL guidelines.
Assist in simple R&D tasks such as testing new chocolate recipes or flavor combinations.
Work closely with the Production Supervisor to ensure efficient workflow.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Male candidate only.
Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, Food Science, or related field.
Passionate about chocolate, bakery, or confectionery production.
Basic understanding of HALAL food handling is an advantage.
Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsible, disciplined, and punctual.
Willing to learn and work in a team.
