Oglaend Industries Sdn Bhd (PLANT II - SHAH ALAM)

As a Production Intern at Oglaend Industries, you will support day-to-day manufacturing operations, assist line leaders across departments, and gain hands-on experience in a structured production environment. This role is suitable for students seeking real exposure to production processes, quality routines, and industrial work standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with

daily production activities

such as basic assembly work, part handling, and machine assistance under supervision. Perform

visual and dimensional checks

on components and record required quality data. Update

production logs

, output tracking sheets, and assist with documentation required by production supervisors. Prepare materials, tools, components, and kits for each shift according to the production plan. Participate in

5S and housekeeping routines

to maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace. Support

store and inventory-related tasks

, including counting, arranging, and labelling parts. Assist with

packing, labelling, staging, and movement of finished goods

within the production area. Contribute basic improvement ideas or observations as part of continuous improvement culture.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree student in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Industrial Management, or related fields. Able to work

full-time, in person

at Oglaend (Shah Alam). Physically fit and comfortable working in a production environment. Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and comply with safety guidelines.
