Assist on asses and analyze current production methods
Assist on develop and draft an improved production process
Assist on design and implement cost-reductive changes
Assist on maximize productivity of machinery and production workers
Assist on increase speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality
Assist on develop and implement quality control measures that effectively monitor products and guarantees desired results
Assist on maintain equipment for maximum safety and efficiency
Assist on communicate with vendors to obtain materials and/or equipment needed
Must follow and adhere to all state, federal and company enforced safety rules and regulations
Prepare, weigh or measure materials, ingredients to requirements.
Set up, operate, or tend machines to mix or blend materials.
Read work orders to determine production specifications.
Closing and submission of work orders.
Mix and blend ingredients by starting machines and mixing for specified times.
Collect sample materials or products for laboratory testing
Perform other duties as assigned by the other Engineer
