Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Execute the daily and weekly production plan according to schedules and targets. Ensure manpower, materials, and equipment are available before the start of the shift. Monitor line efficiency, cycle time, and output vs. targets throughout the day. Coordinate with planners and logistics to ensure timely material supply and finished goods delivery. Lead, guide, and motivate a team of operators and assemblers. Conduct on-the-job training to ensure operators follow SOP and safety rules. Ensure all assembly operations comply with process standards, work instructions, and control plans. Implement in-line quality checks and first-off inspections before mass production. Stop production and escalate if major defects, deviations, or equipment issues are detected. Maintain accurate production records -- output, downtime, defects, manpower attendance, and line efficiency. Prepare and submit daily production reports to supervisors or production managers.

Job Requirements:

Deep understanding of assembly processes and manufacturing flow. Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement tools. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong leadership and communication skills.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
