Production Line Supervisor

Job Description
Our client is an Electronics MNC in the greater Johor Bahru area. They are currently looking to hire a Production Supervisor as part of their expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth operations
- Lead and guide a diverse production team, including both local and foreign worker
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals and resolve issues
- Support and coordinate project transfer activities when required
- Ensure compliance with RBA processes, ISO, and IATF standards
- Be flexible and available to work beyond normal hours as needed
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in production operations and team management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a multicultural workforce
- Hands-on experience in production floor operations is essential
- Knowledge of project transfers and quality management systems (ISO, IATF, RBA) is a plus
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; other language proficiencies are an added advantage
