Job Description
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced
Production Manager
to be based inAngola
. The successful candidate will oversee daily production operations, ensure process excellence, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive overall site performance.Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage
manpower, machinery, materials, and production resources
to consistently achieve targets forsafety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery
. Lead and driveLean Manufacturing initiatives
, includingKaizen activities
, to enhance operational efficiency and overall site performance. Provide strong leadership to the production team, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a high-performance culture.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering
(Mechanical/Electrical)
or equivalent professional experience. Strong knowledge ofquality engineering principles
andprocess improvement methodologies
. Minimum5 years of experience
in amass production or manufacturing environment
. Proven leadership abilities with at least3 years of experience managing a team
. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, and capable of handling challenges in afast-paced, dynamic environment
. Willing and able to bebased/work in Angola
.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
