Requirements:

Strong understanding of SMT and PCBA manufacturing processes, including pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, AOI systems, and related equipment. Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methods. Proven leadership and team management skills in a production environment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to monitor key performance indicators. Must be able to communicate effectively in

Chinese

(spoken and written).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM20,000.00 per month
