About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Production Manager

to lead our manufacturing operations in Ipoh. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire production process, ensuring products are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with company goals for efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage daily production to meet pack-out, weekly, and quarterly shipment targets. Ensure production schedules align with customer delivery timelines and internal targets. Monitor workflows to minimize downtime and improve overall efficiency. Maintain product quality and ensure all shipments meet customer specifications. Track progress toward shipment goals and adjust production plans as needed. Lead, coach, and mentor production staff to foster a culture of

Accountability, Teamwork, and Enthusiasm

. Conduct performance reviews and identify training opportunities for continuous improvement. Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations across all operations. Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely material availability. Manage resources--materials, machinery, and manpower--to optimize productivity and minimize waste. Prepare and present regular reports on production and shipment performance. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and audit processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and output quality. Demonstrate adaptability, integrity, and commitment to excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). At least

10 years of experience

in a manufacturing environment, including

8 years in a managerial or supervisory role

. Strong knowledge of production processes, Lean/6 Sigma, and manufacturing best practices. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver operational targets. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Familiar with manufacturing safety and compliance standards. Proficient in ERP systems, manufacturing software, and MS Office Suite. Demonstrated success in achieving production and shipment targets.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
