Our client is cooling tower manufacturer, they are now looking for a skilled Production Manager to oversee and ensure the smooth operation of their manufacturing processes. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting production schedules and quality standards, planning and managing schedules, and supervising daily operations. You will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, handle manpower preparation and training, and organize equipment maintenance and repairs.Working location: Nilai, Negeri Sembilan:Responsible in meeting production schedule and quality standardPlan and manages schedule set by production, project and sales.Responsible for manpower preparation by providing sufficient trainingSupervise daily operation and able to provide solution and make decisionsEnsuring that health and safety regulations are metOrganizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipmentReviewing and monitoring production performanceTo plan all production order into master delivery schedule.Daily review of Production Records submitted by each department.Authority:Monitor and verify Production scheduleAssign and supervise task of production teamTo plan and handle production order and delivery scheduleAccountability:Ensure all production equipment can functioning wellAssign and supervise task of production teamResponsible in meeting production schedule and quality standardCompetency requirement:Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any engineering field related3-4 years of working experience in manufacturing or production process with management experienceRequired language: Bahasa Malaysia and EnglishGood communication skills and leadership skills
