Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager based in Kuala Ketil. The Production Manager will be responsible for supervising the production process and ensuring its efficiency, developing and implementing strategies to optimize production, and maintaining strict quality control standards. The Production Manager will also oversee the maintenance of manufacturing equipment and manage a team of production staff. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills Ability to develop and implement efficient production strategies Experience in quality control and assurance Excellent problem-solving skills Experience in managing a team Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Experience in the hydraulics industry is a plus
