We are looking for a Production Manager, to be based at the plant in Kulim Hi-Tech. The person will be responsible to lead and manage the overall operations of the Kulim Hi-Tech manufacturing plant.
Purpose of the position and Key accountabilities:
- End to end responsibilities to lead and manage the overall operations of the Kulim Hi-Tech manufacturing site.
- Create and develop strategic direction of the respective site in line with the Gloves Operations strategy to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
- Strategic and tactical responsibilities in implementing operational improvements to exceed customer expectations for product quality, cost and delivery, by maximising efficiency, optimising production levels and driving operational excellence.
- Coach, support and inspire a high performing team to help the site\xe2\x80\x99s organization reach all financial and strategic goals through continuous development of the right competencies, efficient working methods, optimal resource planning & stimulating working environment.
Qualifications, experience and capabilities:
- Education: Bachelor or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Operations related subject
- Experience: Solid experience in Manufacturing Operations with minimum 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Manufacturing related roles of which at least 5 years in a leadership position leading a medium to large manufacturing site.
- Competencies: Leading Vision & Strategy - Brings the organisation together through a compelling vision, communicates and executes it. Demonstrate strong leadership with an ability to coach and to develop high-performance teams.
