Key requirements include:

\xc2\xb7 Monitor activities in production to achieve maximum production output and reduce wastage to save costs.
\xc2\xb7 Drive improvement in process at all times by using best practices and change management process.
\xc2\xb7 Involved in organization chart arrangement and recruitment of team members.
\xc2\xb7 Strong leadership skills to delegate tasks to the right personnel.
\xc2\xb7 Strong in food quality audit standards.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and spoken English.
