A MNC Food Manufacturing Company is looking for Plant General Manager to be based in Penang.
Key requirements include:
\xc2\xb7 Lead operations including production and maintenance and logistics and planning.
\xc2\xb7 Lead maintenance and engineering teams to ensure process equipment, facility and utility are kept at optimum condition.
\xc2\xb7 Take lead in HSE efforts among the community.
\xc2\xb7 Work with Sales to forecast demand and plan manufacturing modes to meet requirements.
\xc2\xb7 More than 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in leading a plant in FMCG.
\xc2\xb7 Possess a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree.
\xc2\xb7 Strong leadership and communication skills.
