Job Description

1. Production Planning & Control

Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer demand and capacity. Ensure timely execution of production plans and achieve on-time delivery (OTD). Coordinate with planning, engineering, procurement, and quality departments.
2. Operations Management

Oversee all production lines (assembly, testing, wiring, PCB assembly, etc.). Monitor KPIs: productivity, yield, downtime, efficiency, line output, and cycle time. Ensure adequate manpower allocation and shift management.
3. Quality & Compliance

Ensure all production processes comply with quality standards (ISO 9001, IPC, UL, etc.). Support IPQC, QA, and engineering teams in addressing defects and quality issues. Lead corrective actions, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Equipment & Process Optimization

Ensure machines, tools, and test equipment are maintained and working properly. Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction strategies. Improve processes to reduce cost, increase yield, and enhance productivity.
5. Team Leadership & Development

Manage and motivate supervisors, technicians, and operators. Conduct performance evaluations, training, and skills development programs. Enforce discipline, safety regulations, and company policies.
6. Safety & Compliance

Ensure workplace safety, ESD control, and adherence to SOPs. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments. Promote a culture of safe working practices.
7. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports. Track material usage, scrap rate, defects, and efficiency metrics. Participate in management meetings and present operational insights.
