Roles & Responsibilities (routine/daily execution):

Follow all plant safety and environment regulations and requirements; participate in activities to continuously improve quality performance, department, and site safety & environmental initiatives. Be aware of and adhere to SHE & quality policy and procedure; work towards overall objectives, including reporting non-conformance to superior. Lead in organizing and establishing production goals while meeting safety standards. In charge of overall operation of NBL plant that meets product quality as per customer requirements. To organize, lead, and coordinate with various departments to ensure effective execution of production output as per schedule with good efficiency. Liaise with Sales and Procurement Department to develop and maintain a production schedule which optimizes plant efficiency based on customer requirements. Recommend and implement the best plant layout, systems, and production equipment in order to achieve the highest quality at the lowest cost while ensuring maximum throughput. Review operation process and implement cost-saving and improvement opportunities. Provide guidelines and guidance to subordinates to improve in skillset and career development planning. Lead in ensuring ISO standards are carefully observed and strictly followed by workforce. Lead in analyzing and taking corrective actions to improve systems, production processes, and operation with method and time study incorporated. Lead in establishing an annual investment plan and maintenance plan without design change or related to HSE. Lead in conducting investment and maintenance process and equipment according to the established plan and monitor the result. Work in conjunction with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure customer satisfaction; report monthly production results including quality and result of closing work to management.
