Job Description

Bahelor in any Science or Engineering discipline with at least 5 years of managerial experience in manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, communicative and result orientated. Able to promote team spirit. Knowledge of line balancing and problem-solving skill.
1. Organise and supervise the running of production according to the formulated schedule, procedures, quality plan and process flow.

2. Plan production schedule to meet customer delivery schedule.

3. Initialising corrective and / preventive actions arising from customer complaint and product non-conformance.

4. Motivates and trains production leaders and operators.

5. Support and promulgate quality policy amongst employees.

6. Accountable for product quality and production targets.

7. Identify training needs and prepared training plan for his department.

8. Review customer order and requirement.

9. Promote concept of work safety.

10. Good housekeeping practices.

Identify training needs and coordinate training program for his / her department. Monitor departmental objectives and targets. Accountable for the house-keeping, safety and health issues at his / her controlled area[s]
