JOB DESCRIPTION:SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Manager to oversee our medical device manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will focus on PSQCD (Productivity, Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery), productivity enhancement, and cost management. This role requires leading a team of superintendents and 200 operators, emphasizing continuous improvement through the DMAIC approach, lean manufacturing principles, and strong collaboration with cross-functional leadership.Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high productivity, maintain strict safety standards, uphold superior quality, control costs effectively, and meet delivery schedules.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to PSQCD.
• Lead and mentor a team of superintendents and operators, fostering a culture of Humility & Respect, accountability, engagement, and development.
• Promote and integrate lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize productivity while minimizing costs.
• Oversee budget management, cost analysis, and financial planning to ensure cost-effective production processes.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with industry regulations, including FDA and ISO standards.
• Work closely with NPI, quality assurance, supply chain, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and product delivery.

We Are Looking For

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a production management role within the medical device industry or a related field
• Preferable with Certification in lean manufacturing (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt) .
• In-depth understanding of medical device manufacturing standards and regulations is added advantage.
