Production Manager
Job Description
Lead and manage end-to-end production operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and cost targets are met
Directly oversee:
4 Production Supervisors
10 Production Leaders
400 Operators
Drive daily production planning, manpower optimization, line balancing and efficiency improvements
Ensure strict compliance with internal SOPs, customer requirements and regulatory/audit standards (QMS, EHS, labor compliance)
Support and lead NPI ramp-ups, pilot builds and mass production transition
Manage production KPIs (output, yield, OEE, scrap, rework, attendance, discipline)
Act as escalation point for production issues, including off-hours operational support
Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Planning, HR and Supply Chain
Maintain strong shop-floor discipline, 5S and governance culture
Requirement
Minimum 8-12 years of production leadership experience in EMS Proven experience managing large manpower operations (300+ operators) Strong knowledge of SMT / Assembly production environments Solid understanding of shift management and manpower planning

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
