Production Manager
Job Description
1. Plan, organize, and supervise daily manufacturing activities to achieve production targets.
2. Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of skilled personnel, and provide comprehensive training to maintain a competent and motivated workforce.
3. Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards and customer/client requirements.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing strategic guidance.
5. Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.
6. Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
7. Oversee the design of assembly.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years manufacturing work experience and minimum 2 years managerial level experience. Experience with automation and industry 4.0 technologies is added advantage Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 QMS requirements. Knowledge in 5S, Kaizen, TPM, LEAN manufacturing People Management Skill Operation Management Skill Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia Computer literate - Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
