\xef\xbb\xbfClient Background: MNCIndustry : SemiconductorLocation: Pasir Gudang, JohorHeadcount: 1Position Title : Production Material Controller ManagerTenure: PermanentRemuneration: RM10,000 - RM15,000Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Responsible for assisting relevant departments in reviewing the quantity and delivery schedule of general contracts.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for quoting new products to customers and checking and confirming the invoicing notices prepared by subordinates.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for effective statistics and management of material logistics based on the department\'s production capacity, production plan, and shipping plan. Prepare and track the execution of monthly procurement plans.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate relationships between departments during the product production process.\xc2\xb7 Supervise and inspect inventory items and materials, confirm the scrapping process for defective materials and products, and ensure uninterrupted production.\xc2\xb7 Stay informed about production status and adjust production plans reasonably according to customer requirements.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for contacting and managing external vendors.\xc2\xb7 Propose, analyze, implement, and enforce corrective and preventive measures related to the department.\xc2\xb7 Provide guidance and inspection of subordinates\' work.\xc2\xb7 Implement the company\'s safety, environmental protection, and production policies and regulations.Requirement\xc2\xb7 Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in relevant field.\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 8 years of working experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in English and Chinese as a working language, understanding Japanese is an advantage.\xc2\xb7 Familiar with ISO9001 and ISO14000 standard.\xc2\xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with people at all levels and with different backgrounds..Sub Specialization : Others;Any
