Manages employees and/or production departments in various manufacturing or product development support departments. May manage the new product introduction (NPI) process, including prototype build and ramping of the new product to volume production. Accountable for key metrics, which may include revenue, customer satisfaction and quality goals. Manages supervisors and/ or employees responsible for design/ implementation of programs/ processes Directs, manages resources to implement tactical business plans and programs/ projects Develops, implements solutions to department issues Job Qualifications Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent plus directly relevant experience as a manager, supervisor and/or individual contributor. Requires proven skills in leading/managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics.
