Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Production & Operations Assistant to support our General Manager in daily factory operations. This role is perfect for fresh SPM graduates or individuals with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the food manufacturing industry.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting production, and handling basic operational tasks like order processing and stock preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing daily production activities in the factory.
Handle order processing, including preparing and checking stock for delivery.
Support in project management for production timelines and special orders (basic level).
Manage and prepare booth/event stock (inventory checks, packing, labeling).
Ensure quality standards and proper documentation are followed.
Assist with other ad-hoc tasks related to production and operations.
Safely and efficiently pack products according to company standards and specifications to ensure quality and accuracy.
Inspect products for defects or damages before packing and report any issues to supervisors.
Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
Work closely with other team members to maintain a productive and safe working environment.
Operate packing machinery and equipment safely and according to company guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
Qualifications:
Minimum SPM qualification. No prior experience needed - training will be provided. Strong willingness to learn and grow in the role. Good organizational and teamwork skills. Able to work in a factory environment (handling stock, assisting production). Basic computer skills are an added advantage.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
