Minimum SPM or equivalent
Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
Able to read, calculate, measure and write.
Experience in operating lathe machine.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Evaluate product to ensure quality and functionality.
Ensure supply availability, reduce downtime, troubleshoot lathe machine problems and perform maintenance.
Implementing preventive maintenance methods.
Repairing or replacing faulty lathe machine equipment.
Fabricating any components required.
Identify source of complications by observing lathe machine devices while in operating.
Replace, fix or realign lathe machine parts and accessories in line with production specifications.
Ensure machine maintenance checklist is updated every day.
Ensure all the working tools are in proper condition and safe to use.
Ability to operate machinery and technical equipment.
