Requirements
Able to understand written English and able to operate machinery
Looking alert and energetic
Must pass criminal and medical checks
Transport Allowance: RM200/mth
Nightshift Allowance: RM10/day
Full Attendance Allowance: RM150-RM150-RM300 based on 3-month cycle.
Meal Allowance: Daily limit RM10 credit to employee card.
Willing to work shift hours
8AM to 8PM (3hrs OT) or 8PM to 8AM (3hrs OT)
4 days work, 2 days off shift pattern
Air-conditioned Clean Room Environment
Extended hour of standing/sitting depending on position
Mostly automation, less physical demanding task.
Responsibilities
The Production Operator is responsible for carrying out lithium-ion battery production processes according to work instructions and safety standards. This includes operating machines, assembling battery components, performing basic quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment to ensure consistent product quality and efficient production flow.
Operate and maintain battery production equipment.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Perform routine inspections and quality checks on battery components and finished products.
Handle materials including electrode sheets, electrolytes, separators, and battery cells carefully to prevent damage or contamination.
Record production data accurately, including batch numbers, operating parameters, and inspection results.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines strictly.
Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, production deviations, or quality issues immediately.
Participate in equipment cleaning, maintenance, and setup activities.
Maintain a clean and organized work area following good manufacturing practices (GMP).
To undertake any other assignment by superior.
