Job Description

. Machine Operation & Production

Operate and monitor manufacturing machines or production lines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Set up machines before production starts, including calibration, material loading, and basic adjustments. Follow work instructions to assemble, process, or package products accurately. Ensure production output meets quality specifications and quantity targets.

2. Quality Control & Inspection

Inspect finished products visually or using measuring tools to ensure they meet required standards. Identify and report any product defects, machine malfunctions, or abnormal production conditions to the supervisor. Assist in implementing corrective actions to minimize rework or waste.

3. Safety & Housekeeping

Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment on the production floor. Report any workplace hazards or accidents immediately to the safety officer or supervisor.

4. Process Improvement & Teamwork

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce downtime. Cooperate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery. Participate in training sessions to improve technical skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an added advantage (training will be provided for fresh candidates). Basic understanding of machine operation and production processes. Physically fit and able to stand for long hours or perform repetitive tasks. Good teamwork, discipline, and communication skills. Willing to work in

shifts (morning & night)

and overtime when required. Committed to safety, quality, and productivity.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,850.00 per month
