1. To lead a team of material control personnel to perform planning, delivery and material control in SMT&AI.
2. To generate monthly machine loading vs machine capacity.
3. Follow up and monitor the weekly machine schedule and material control.
4. To liaise with MPC, Purchasing and production line personnel for problem arises.
5. To ensure compliance of activity carried out comply to work procedure, work instruction, legal & other requirements.
6. To identify training needs & ensure training program is done.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or SPM with minimum 2 years' experience of related work as advantages
- Knowledge of production planning and material procurement
- Good interpersonal & communication skill and computer literature.
- Positive attitude, self-discipline and able to work independently and under pressure.
Responsibility
- Responsible for smooth running of SMT& AI production and delivery in time.
- Proper control of material used and monitor machine efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate and conduct Physical Inventory Count for SMT & AI section.
- Ensure implementation of Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System.
